You’ll be presented with statements across six sections. For each statement, select a number from 1 to 5 based on your level of agreement, with 1 being “very much disagree” and 5 being “very much agree.” Your scores will be tallied to provide an overall impact score, helping you identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
