We were founded in 2017 by Chris Marine, a former on-air journalist whose curiosity about how journalism was funded led him to advertising sales for some of the largest and most diversified media companies in the United States. After years in supporting agencies and regional brands in media sales, Chris envisioned a better way to help companies while supporting people and the planet, sparking the creation of Dirigo Collective Inc, DBA Campfire Consulting.

We’re proud to be a Certified B Corporation, meeting rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. As a member of 1% for the Planet, we commit at least 1% of our annual revenue to environmental causes. In 2025, we joined Ad Net Zero to actively combat climate change by reducing the carbon footprint of our campaigns and aligning our strategies with sustainability goals.
